I think it’s at the front of the main lobby of the Buffalo city hall. Presumably a reference to Buffalo as an entry point for Canadians from across the lake but also the fact that goods often moved freely back & forth across the border.

This is a great advantage when trying to learn algebra. Why? Since you can use the real-life situations and in an algebra equation or concept.
